The Trust Ladder
Every staff member operates on a trust level determined by their permissions. The higher the trust, the more autonomy they have â the lower the trust, the more oversight from management is required.
đą Content Creator
Generates content only. All output goes to Manager Review for approval.
âī¸ Editor
Can modify drafts, regenerate videos, and reject low-quality content. Cannot approve.
đ Trusted Senior Staff
Full creative autonomy. Content skips Manager Review. Can approve, schedule, and publish independently.
đĄī¸ Operations Manager
Everything above, plus manages clients, staff, resources, and autopilot configurations. Equivalent to a co-admin.

Here is every toggle available on the Edit Staff Member card and exactly what it controls on the Drafts page and across the system.

| đī¸ Review Drafts | Unlocks: đī¸ Review (preview), â Reject, and âŠī¸ Revert to Draft buttons. Staff can flag poor content and send it back â but cannot approve it. |
| đ Schedule Posts | Unlocks: đ Schedule, âšī¸ Cancel Schedule, and đ Reschedule buttons on approved drafts. Controls who can commit content to a publish date on the calendar. |

| đī¸ Delete Content | Unlocks the đī¸ Delete button on draft cards across all tabs. Without this, staff cannot permanently remove any content. |

| đ Access Approvals | Adds the Approval Queue link to the sidebar, giving the staff member visibility into the centralized approval pipeline. |

đĄ Pro Tip: Start all new hires at Trust Level 1 (Create Only). As they prove their content quality, progressively unlock Edit â Review â Publish. This protects your clients' brands while training your team.

New hires or freelancers. They produce; you approve.
âī¸ Content Editor
Trusted writers who can polish drafts and reject poor AI output, but cannot push anything live.
đ Senior Publisher
Experienced team members who handle the full content lifecycle independently.

Your right hand. Full system access including budgets, clients, and staff.
â ī¸ Important: The Allocate Resources and Manage Autopilot toggles are highlighted in red on the staff card for a reason â they directly impact your agency's billing and resource pools. Only grant these to people you trust with your budget.
