Managing your plan, invoices, and quota resets.
Your subscription dictates the limits of your content engine. The Billing page connects directly with our secure Stripe payment processor to ensure you have complete control over your subscription at all times.
Upgrades & Quota Syncing
If you hit your Video Minute or Article limit for the month, you do not have to wait for the next billing cycle. You can navigate to the Billing page and select a higher tier (e.g., upgrading from Growth Bundle to Super Bundle).
Instant Sync: The moment your card is successfully charged, Stripe sends a webhook back to our servers, and your new limits are instantly applied. You don't even need to log out and back in.
Monthly Resets
On the exact day of your monthly billing cycle, your quotas automatically refresh to their maximum allocation. Note that unused minutes and articles do not roll over to the next month.
The Stripe Customer Portal
Need to download an invoice for tax purposes, update an expiring credit card, or change your billing address? Click the Manage Subscription button. This securely punts you into the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can handle all financial tasks safely.
Cancellations: If you need to pause your efforts, you can also cancel your subscription entirely within the Stripe Portal. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which your automation engine will power down and your quotas will be frozen.
