📜 Activity Log (activity-log.html)

The Omniscient Black Box.

Who did what, and when? The Activity Log tracks and centralizes every single operation across your entire agency ecosystem—whether it was triggered by a specific staff member, a client, or the underlying AI automation worker.

Tracking Operations

Your agency generates hundreds of background tasks daily. This is where you monitor the pulse of the engine.

🔎 Event Filtering

Use the master dropdown to filter logs by specific categories: Content (Drafts edited, scheduled), Clients (Minutes allocated, Client paused), Staff (Permissions changed), or Notes.

🕵️ The Actor & The Action

The "Event" column explicitly calls out the actor followed by what they did:

  • Human Staff: e.g., "jane@agency.com scheduled draft..."
  • The AI: e.g., "BDS Growth Engine batch-generated 1 video piece for MLD."
  • The Backend: e.g., "[Worker] Post published to youtube."

Diagnostics & Cleanup

This page isn't just for surveillance; it's also your primary diagnostic tool if something goes wrong.

🚦 Status Indicators

Glance at the left column to immediately identify the nature of the event:

  • Green: Success (e.g., Content successfully generated or published).
  • Blue / None: Informational (e.g., A draft was edited).
  • Amber: Warning / Schedule changes (e.g., A previously scheduled draft was unscheduled).
  • Red: Error or Deletion (e.g., "[Worker] Post failed to publish to youtube: Errno 2").

🗑️ Managing the Log

If you want to clear out old clutter, you can use the checkboxes next to any number of events—or the "Select All" button—and hit "Delete Selected" to scrub those actions from the history.
